Aaron Hildebrand specialises in conflict resolution, advising German and international companies in civil disputes before arbitral and state courts as well as in out-of-court negotiations and mediation proceedings.
His experience includes numerous state proceedings before German District Courts and Higher Regional Courts as well as extensive international arbitration proceedings under the ICC, DIS and SCC Rules. He also has experience as secretary to the arbitral tribunal in complex arbitrations before various arbitral institutions.
Aaron's practice is mainly focused on disputes in the areas of international commercial law, particularly in the energy sector, post-M&A and online banking.
