Alexander Paltzer drafts employment agreements for German and international employers and represents them in all disputes relating to the termination of employment relationships including dismissals, termination agreements and settlements. He also drafts works agreements and advises on co-determination in the workplace. In addition, Alexander advises on employment law aspects of restructuring projects and transfers of undertakings.
