Anja Pietschmann specialises in public construction law, environmental and planning law and energy law. She advises German and international companies on complex permitting and plan approval procedures, primarily for energy and infrastructure projects. In the event of a dispute, she represents her clients before the administrative courts.
Anja joined CMS in 2025 after working for almost five years at another commercial law firm, specialising in construction and planning law.
