Anne Brobeil provides legal advice to German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
Her work focuses on preparing and implementing restructurings, in particular negotiating with works councils on works agreements, reconciliations of interests and social plans. As a result of her expertise, Anne is a member of the “Transformation” Cluster of Excellence. She also represents companies throughout Germany in labour court proceedings, especially in the context of dismissals and disputes with works councils, as well as in proceedings of the conciliation committee.
Anne also advises companies on topics relating to "New Work" and cross-border posting of employees.
Having worked as an employment law research associate at CMS for two years, Anne joined CMS in 2021 as a lawyer.
