Annika Bachmann has extensive mass litigation experience, including deadline management and drafting pleadings at first and second instance. She is well-versed in project and process management and handles data analysis, compliance and due diligence in for complex international, using legal tech solutions where needed for increased efficiency. Annika’s clients are mainly international companies with cases involving high amounts in dispute.

In addition, Annika Bachmann is a mediator (Master of Mediation, MM) specialising in commercial and family mediation. She combines legal expertise with a mediation-based approach to conflict resolution, particularly in high-conflict commercial law cases.

Annika joined CMS in 2021 and has since been on a one-year secondment at Adobe where she worked on copyright infringement cases. Prior to that, she was a litigation support lawyer at a US law firm specialising in litigation.
