Arthur Wasenmüller is a member of the Legal Tech team within the firm’s Smart Solutions unit, with responsibility for the deployment of our SaaS solutions for the legally compliant implementation of supervisory board elections. Jointly with CMS lawyers, he advises our clients on using the tool in complex election procedures. He also works with our innovation and development department on the ongoing development of the tool.
Arthur joined CMS in 2021. Prior to that, he worked for two major Munich law firms, an automotive group and a Berlin start-up.
