Ben Hullmann advises medium-sized companies and multinational corporations on defending and enforcing their intellectual property rights. A particular focus of his work is on patent and utility model law. He also represents clients in court and administrative proceedings and drafts and negotiates intellectual property-related contracts on their behalf.
Ben Hullmann began his legal career at CMS in 2026. Prior to that, he worked as a research assistant and trainee lawyer at international law firms in the areas of intellectual property and antitrust law.
