Benjamin Hermes advises companies on all aspects of civil and commercial law, including representation in court and arbitration proceedings. His practice focuses on pharmaceutical drug/product liability and warranty cases as well as on procurement, production and distribution agreements. He frequently acts for machine and plant engineering, automotive supply and trading companies.

Benjamin joined CMS in 2019 and counsel of the firm since 2024.
