Carsten Felsch advises clients on the use of legal tech products and takes over legal project management. He focuses on planning and implementing the deployment of the firm’s own legal tech products, including, amongst others, a special CMS IT product (“Deployment of external personnel”) helping companies ensure compliance with legal requirements when using external staff.
In his legal project manager capacity, Carsten works on German and international transactions, reorganisations and legal surveys, with a focus on coordinating processes, such as information management within the project team.
Prior to joining CMS in 2017, he worked for international firms in Munich and Frankfurt.
