Charlotte Schildt is an (international) insolvency and insolvency proceedings expert with special expertise in the banking sector and restructuring matters. Since 2008, she has regularly taken on a lead role in cross-border bank insolvency proceedings. Charlotte’s practice focuses on insolvency law and insolvency proceeding matters, primarily in the context of banking products and clearing or trading systems.

She joined CMS in 2007 and has been a partner since 2014.
