Christina Saatkamp assists German and international clients with all aspects of trademark, design and unfair competition law. She develops and optimises registration and protection strategies on a domestic and international level and drafts contracts, in particular licensing and coexistence agreements.
After six years as a trademark and competition lawyer with WilmerHale, she joined CMS in 2017. She has been a counsel since 2022.
