Clara Niemöller advises companies on all matters of civil and commercial law and focuses on litigation before state courts and arbitration tribunals. She primarily handles cases in the area of product liability and complex warranty claims. Her clients are mainly from the mechanical and plant engineering, supply, energy and retail sectors.
Clara Niemöller has been practising as a lawyer since 2021. She began her professional career in dispute resolution at the Frankfurt office of a major international law firm and joined the CMS team in 2023, becoming counsel in 2026.
