Corinna Lippold is involved in the management of insolvency proceedings and advises on reorganisations in the context of insolvency administration. She assesses corporate law issues prior to the start of insolvency proceedings and, jointly with insolvency lawyers, advises creditors on all insolvency law matters.
Prior to joining CMS in 2019, Corinna worked for eight years in a boutique insolvency and business restructuring practice.
