Danial Mir Allay is part of the Legal Tech team at CMS and provides support with the efficient handling of mandates by using innovative tools and platforms, including artificial intelligence. His responsibilities include automating internal client-related work processes within the law firm as well as conducting AI-supported document analyses. In light of his many years of experience, he also takes care of data automation and consolidation as well as linking data sources and extracting data from a wide variety of documents.
Danial Mir Allay joined CMS in 2025. Prior to that, he worked for 7 years in other major international law firms, three of them focusing on legal tech and one year as Business Development Manager for a trading company for flood protection components.
