Daniela Faßnacht advises and represents German and international companies and business owners in disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals. She primarily specialises in corporate law disputes, product liability and warranty cases, with a particular focus on the automotive and mobility, renewable energy and healthcare sectors. Her work includes managing major mandates and developing general litigation strategies.
