Daria Loginow advises and represents domestic and international clients before German state courts in commercial disputes. A key focus of her work is the strategic advice provided to clients in dealing with mass proceedings, particularly in product liability and contract law.

Another focus of her work is handling extensive and complex legal issues in connection with online offers on a leading international online marketplace, including copyright, trademark, and design rights, breaches of the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG), as well as discriminatory advertising.

She also has extensive experience in the legal project management of large-volume case portfolios and in the development of efficient, technology-driven process structures for managing complex legal projects. She also has particular expertise in the efficient structuring, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts.

In addition, Daria Loginow focuses her work on the integration and development of AI-supported workflows in legal advisory services, particularly in the litigation environment. In the field of digitalization and artificial intelligence, she advises on legal issues relating to new technologies and is also actively involved in expanding AI-supported solutions as well as the business unit’s internal AI workforce.

Daria Loginow joined CMS in 2019. She was appointed Counsel in 2025.
