Felix Graf advises national and international clients on all issues relating to individual and collective employment law. He specialises in issues including drafting contracts, advising on the termination of employment relationships and supporting employers in matters of codetermination.
Felix has been part of the CMS team since 2025. He previously worked as a research associate in employment law at another commercial law firm.
