Felix Helmchen is a member of the Products team within the firm’s Smart Solutios unit, with a focus on the deployment and development of existing legal tech products, also assessing and implementing new solutions.
He mainly works on the ongoing development of our product for the deployment of external personnel (CMS FPE) and advises on the use of our SaaS solution for the legally compliant organisation of supervisory board elections. Cooperating with our lawyers on these complex election procedures, he ensures their smooth running tech-side.
Felix joined CMS in 2022.
