Florian Griedl is specialized in litigation. He represents clients in complex legal disputes and difficult claims proceedings, in particular with cross-border aspects. Florian has gained substantial expertise in national and international insolvency law, while he has practiced at one of the largest German insolvency law firms for several years. He is co-author of a legal handbook on procedural law and several publications on enforcement proceedings law and incolvency law.
Florian joined CMS in 2007.
