Hanna Heimrath advises financial and strategic investors on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, both on the buyer and the seller side. As a fully bilingual Polish and German speaking lawyer who is admitted both in Poland as radca prawny (Polish attorney-at-law) and in Germany as a European lawyer (Europäische Rechtsanwältin), her main focus is on advising Polish clients on their market entry and further business operations in the German market.

Hanna joined CMS in 2013.
