Hans Philipp Kraske advises companies and investors on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. In addition, he provides ongoing advice to clients from Germany and abroad on a wide range of corporate law matters.
Hans Philipp Kraske began his legal career at CMS in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a research associate at Gleiss Lutz in Hamburg, where he focused on M&A and private equity. During his legal traineeship, he also gained practical experience at Milbank LLP in Frankfurt, supporting the Global Corporate practice group with a particular focus on private equity transactions.
