Hubertus Kolster’s advisory practice concentrates on corporate and business law as well as on M&A transactions, with a specific focus on assisting strategic German and international investors.
Hubertus joined one of CMS Germany’s predecessor firms in 1993 and has been a partner since 1997. In 1999 and 2000, he was seconded to firms in London and New York. From 2002 to 2008, he was the co-managing partner of the CMS office in Frankfurt and from 2009 to 2011 its managing partner. From 2011 to 2022, Hubertus was managing partner of CMS Germany.
