Inga Witte represents companies in domestic and international arbitration proceedings as well as before state courts. She also serves as arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings and as tribunal secretary in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, particularly under the rules of ICC, DIS and DIA.

Inga has special expertise in the renewables sector and regularly handles complex construction and engineering cases, disputes involving international sales and commercial law and post-M&A matters.

Inga joined CMS in 2023 after two years with a dispute resolution boutique. Previously, she had also worked as an international arbitration trainee in Zurich.
