Inga Witte advises and represents clients in international arbitration proceedings as well as in complex litigation proceedings before German state courts (including enforcement proceedings, setting-aside proceedings and interim relief). Drawing on her extensive experience as tribunal secretary under various applicable laws and institutional rules, Inga also serves as arbitrator in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
Her practice focuses on large construction and engineering cases (including FIDIC). Inga has a particular expertise in the energy sector. She has also gained extensive experience with cross-border disputes involving distribution agreements, joint venture agreements, Post M&A matters, long-term supply contracts, the international sale of goods, and other commercial contracts, especially in the pharma, transport, automotive and technology sectors.
Inga joined CMS in 2023 after two years with a leading dispute resolution boutique. Previously, she also worked as an international arbitration trainee in Zurich. She was promoted to Counsel in 2026.
