Isabel Schreyger advises German and international portfolio holders, project developers and investors in all areas of real estate law. She focuses on real estate transactions, managing the legal due diligence process and negotiating purchase agreements for either buyers or sellers. Isabel’s practice also includes commercial tenancy and lease law and she drafts rental or lease agreements and advises her clients on contract negotiations.
Isabel started her legal career with Hecker, Werner, Himmelreich & Nacken in 1996 and joined Norton Rose Vieregge in 2001, which became a part of CMS in 2005. She was made partner in 2008.
