Jan Zimmermann specialises in international arbitration. He advises and represents clients in national and international arbitration as well as in state court proceedings, with a focus on post-M&A and project-related disputes, particularly in the life sciences and technology sectors.
Jan joined CMS in 2024, after having worked with the arbitration team as a trainee lawyer and research assistant for 18 months. During his legal training, he also gained international experience working with a Japanese commercial law firm in Tokyo.
