Janina Schreiber is a knowledge management and corporate contracts expert. As a member of the CMS corporate law excellence cluster as well as of an in-house innovation team, she takes care of the legal monitoring for the firm's corporate and transaction practice and supports innovation management.
Janina started her legal career at Baker McKenzie in 2012. She was seconded to work for an international medical device company as legal counsel for Germany, Austria and Switzerland and has a long-standing track record as a supervisory board member. Janina joined CMS in 2017.
