Johannes Wellensiek specialises in advising family businesses and entrepreneurial families on all aspects of corporate law. In the event of internal conflicts within the company, he mediates between the shareholders and/or or company's governing bodies and develops solutions to conflicts among the shareholders. In addition, Johannes Wellensiek advises his clients on strategic issues of corporate management and succession and supports them both in enforcing shareholder rights and in defending against the abusive exercise of shareholder rights.
Johannes Wellensiek began his legal career in 2024 at a major US law firm and joined CMS in 2025.
