Jonas Nachtigall advises medium-sized and large industrial companies in the areas of purchasing, production, distribution and all legal issues relating to their operational business. He drafts and reviews national and international supply and distribution contracts as well as general terms and conditions and provides support in assessing liability issues and warranty rights.
