Kai-Guido Schick is a corporate and real estate law expert who advises his clients on setting up businesses and joint ventures as well as on acquiring and selling companies. His practice also covers advising company shareholders on all contract and liability matters as they are related to their position. Kai-Guido moreover advises on real estate transactions (share and asset purchases) and on structuring real estate projects and their development. His clients include companies from a wide range of industries as well as funds, in particular in the real estate and renewable energy sectors, whom he also advises on regulatory issues.
Kai-Guido joined CMS in 2003 and was made partner in 2012. He is experienced working in an international context and in 2011, was seconded to CMS in Amsterdam.
