Katharina Steffens advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
One focus of her work is on restructuring and reorganisation. She assists in negotiations with works councils on works agreements, balances of interests and social plans and advises on the structuring and implementation of transfers of businesses. In addition, she advises on the establishment and termination of employment relationships and represents companies in proceedings for protection against unfair dismissal before the labour courts.
Katharina Steffens joined CMS in 2022.
