Laura Schrod advises on legal issues relating to purchasing, distribution and production, assisting clients in the drafting of supply contracts, commercial contracts as well as license and franchise agreements. Her practices also covers competition and trademark aspects in the context of production and distribution. Laura furthermore represents companies in and out of court in enforcing and defending claims in contractual, liability and commercial disputes.
