Lena Pingen advises German and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, drafting relevant contracts as well as providing support in disputes relating to co-determination or the termination of employment relationships.

She joined the CMS team in 2022. The foundations for her specialisation in employment law were laid through her doctorate and while working as a research assistant at a major commercial law firm.
