Leonie Pandura advises capital management companies, investment advisors and brokers as well as other fund initiators on investment and financial supervisory law. She specialises in structuring open-end and closed-end investment funds and advising on all aspects of these funds. She assists institutional investors with the acquisition of fund investments. Her expertise covers all asset classes with a focus on renewable energy and private equity/venture capital.
Leonie supports banks, financial service providers and capital management companies in all regulatory matters and assists with the relevant authorisation procedures. In the context of ESG, she advises on sustainability-related information obligations and advises on the development of ESG strategies.
Leonie joined CMS in 2017. After working for a German commercial law firm specialising in advising on private equity funds and for a capital management company, she returned to CMS as Counsel in 2024.
