Marcel Klugmann is a compliance expert. His practice also covers the specific regulations and liability law applying to professional services. In addition, he serves as CMS` General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer and is Member of the Council, Vice President and Treasurer of the Berlin Bar as well as Chairman of the Anti-Money Laundering Committee of the German Federal Bar.

After having worked with large commercial law firms for more than ten years, Marcel joined CMS in 2011.
