Marcus Weiler advises clients in complex disputes before state courts and arbitration tribunals. He specialises in corporate and commercial disputes. He regularly advises clients on disputes in connection with large-scale projects, supply and distribution agreements, licence and IP agreements and has particular experience with disputes in the technology sector. In the area of corporate law, he represents clients in post-M&A disputes and disputes between shareholders. Marcus Weiler also acts as an arbitrator.

Marcus Weiler joined CMS in 2019 and became counsel in 2024.
