Marlen-Christin Kühneisen advises medium-sized enterprises and family companies in respect of their articles of association, rules of procedure as well as shareholder and joint venture agreements. In addition, she provides advice on corporate law aspects of asset and share deals relating to property business. In this respect she drafts and reviews rental and lease agreements as well as contracts focusing on project development. In case of disputes, she represents her clients in and out of court.
