Legal tech specialist Martin Lager is a member of the CMS Smart Solutions unit, developing innovative tech solutions for legal advice. He specialises in legal tech applications for employment law, with a focus on complex elections related to German works constitution law and the deployment of external personnel. His practice covers the entire process, including the planning, development and configuration of solutions as well as document automation.

Martin joined CMS in 2023. He previously worked for a a DAX-listed company and a municipal body.

  • Development of a digital product to comprehensively support project management in complex co-determined elections within large corporate structures
  • German credit institution | Creation of a cost-benefit analysis for the introduction of a contract automation solution
