As a Senior Legal Engineer in the Smart Solutions unit, Martin Lager oversees the design and development of innovative technical solutions for legal advice. He specialises in legal tech applications in the field of employment law, in particular complex elections under co-determination law and solutions for the use of agency staff. His role encompasses the planning and management of development projects through to the configuration of the solutions, including the document automation features they contain. He is also responsible for the Legal AI Consulting division, which advises clients on the use of artificial intelligence in legal departments.
Martin has been with CMS since 2023. Prior to this, he gained experience both at a DAX-listed company and at a local government association.
