Martin Zenner specialises in litigation and foreclosure, in particular in a cross-border scenario. His practice includes banking law, with a focus on creating and realizing loan, as well as foreign trade, with a focus on distribution. Clients who need assistance in the Latin America's Spanish-speaking countries, Netherlands, Belgium and France can rely on Martin‘s specific market know-how in these countries too. He also heads the Spanish-speaking section of the CMS Latin America Desk.
Martin joined CMS in Cologne in 1996 and became a partner in 2002.
