Maxine Notstain specialises in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, with a particular focus on private equity. She advises both buyers and sellers on transactions, covering all aspects of contract and company law. In addition she advises on management buy-out structures and on the structuring and implementation of management share schemes.
Maxine Notstain has been a lawyer at CMS since 2019. From 2021 to 2023 she studied for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of St Gallen (HSG). In 2026 she worked at CMS on secondment from Erlach Partners in Zurich.
