Meike Neumeier advises companies on all aspects of civil and commercial law. She also represents her clients in state courts and arbitration proceedings, with a focus on disputes related to procurement, production and distribution agreements. Meike reviews and drafts commercial agency and authorised dealer agreements (including German and EU competition law aspects) for medium-sized companies mainly in the engineering and plant engineering, supply and trade sector. Her practice also covers product liability and warranty cases.
Meike joined CMS in 2019 and since 2025 she's counsel of the law firm.
