Myriam Roth's work specialises in restructuring. She advises on both financial and performance-related restructuring and reorganisation measures outside and within insolvency and prepares corresponding restructuring and reorganisation concepts. Her typical tasks include analysing business models and developing future-oriented business models, defining measures to increase revenues and secure liquidity, integrated planning calculations and short-term liquidity planning as well as implementing sales. Myriam Roth undertakes company valuations as part of distressed M&A projects. She also regularly prepares expert opinions (IDW S6 and IBR).
Before joining CMS Advisory in 2025, Myriam Roth worked as an independent restructuring consultant for twelve years. She has professional experience as a managing shareholder of a business consultancy specialising in special situations and restructuring, as head of finance of a medium-sized industrial company, as an associate director in group strategy and group development, as an advisor to the board of directors at a major German bank and as a consultant at an international business consultancy. Since 2014, Myriam Roth has been a lecturer at Heidelberg University for the Master of Laws in Corporate Restructuring programme.
