Nico Schröter advises energy suppliers and other project developers on infrastructure projects, with a focus on environmental and planning law issues. He has special expertise in planning approval and other complex approval procedures, advising clients on the choice of procedure, the preparation of application documents and on their communication with the authorities. He also represents clients in administrative law disputes before the courts.

Nico joined CMS in 2024.
