Nils Jöris advises companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law as well as compliance matters. He focusses on setting up and updating compliance management systems and whistleblower protection systems, including the associated risk analyses, and also assists clients in internal investigations.
Nils joined CMS in 2023, after several years as a research assistant specialising in employment law.
