Patrick Spahr represents German and international companies in legal disputes. He specialises in mass proceedings and class actions, developing corresponding litigation strategies and litigating in court. He also focusses on (product) liability litigation before the state courts. In addition, Patrick primarily advises listed companies in the automotive sector on general civil and commercial law issues.
