Sabrina Bauer advises businesses, mainly in the mechanical and plant engineering sector, the supplier industry and trading companies, on all aspects of civil and commercial law. Her practice focusses on operational issues related to purchasing and procurement as well as production and distribution, including the review and drafting of corresponding contracts. Sabrina also has special product compliance expertise, including product liability law and product safety law, and represents here clients before state courts and arbitration tribunals.
