Shaya Stender advises companies on all matters of civil and commercial law and represents them in and out of court in individual and mass proceedings. Her work includes, in particular, managing and coordinating project teams. Her main areas of expertise include product liability and warranty cases. She also handles contractual matters relating to procurement, production and distribution. Her industry focus is on the retail, energy and automotive sectors, among others.
