Sören Thaden represents companies, entrepreneurial families and family offices in state court proceedings, national and international arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

He specialises in disputes relating to contractual, corporate and commercial law. In the area of corporate law, he primarily represents clients in M&A-related disputes as well as shareholder disputes.

Sören joined CMS in 2020. Effective in 2026, he was appointed Counsel.
