Sonja Welzel works in the area of insolvency administration. She supports the insolvency administrator in winding up corporate insolvency proceedings. She is also experienced in determining and enforcing insolvency-related claims, both out of court and in court.
Sonja Welzel joined CMS in 2026. She was a consultant at the consumer advice centre from 2021 to 2022. In 2023, she completed further training to become a certified mediator and has accompanied several mediations since then.
