Life science lawyer Susanne Pech advises pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers as well as companies in the consumer goods industry. She covers unfair competition matters, the advertising of medicinal products (German Heilmittelwerbegesetz), product liability as well as medical device and pharmaceutical law and also represents her clients in court. Susanne furthermore handles regulatory issues related to the manufacture and distribution of products containing (medical) cannabis and CBD.
Susanne joined CMS in 2015 and was made counsel in 2020. She started her career at a large international law firm in Hamburg in 2013 and has worked at several international medical technology and consumer goods manufacturers on secondments.
