IP lawyer Susanne Pech mainly represents life sciences companies (pharmaceuticals, medical devices and food) but also businesses in other industries. She focuses on advisory work and litigation in unfair competition matters and cases related to the advertising of healthcare products (German Heilmittelwerberecht) as well as on product liability and pharmaceutical and medicinal products law. She is also experienced in food and feed law and product piracy matters.

Susanne joined CMS in 2015 from a major international law firm in Hamburg. In 2016, she was seconded to the legal department of an international medical device manufacturer. In 2017, she was seconded to the legal department of an international food company. She has been a counsel since 2020.
