Tanja Paetrow works as a legal coordinator with our IP and dispute resolution practice. She ensures the efficient implementation of major IP enforcement cases, with a focus on product piracy and illegal parallel imports, coordinating, among others, border seizure applications. Tanja also provides legal reviews and evaluations of advertising in the automotive sector.
Tanja is particularly interested in AI-related legal issues and has written her master’s thesis on the copyright risks of using AI and has published on the risks of AI in advertising.
She joined CMS in 2021, having worked previously at KPMG and an international commercial law firm. She also lectures in business law at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in Hamburg.
